Went to Ocean City, MD, for a bachelorette weekend. This was my first experience with bachelorettes and the first time planning one. I think it went well? You judge.

 going to ocean city, md, for a bachelorette weekend in 2 weeks. am looking forward to some lady beach time, feel like i should find something by ayn rand to bring along. and some pastely floral sheets and orange stripey deck chairs for whimsical lounging.

From the ridiculously picturesque orchard stand in Rappahannock co, VA we stopped at on the way back from Charlottesville:

8 half pints apricot jam
3 pints nectarines
2 pints apricots
3 1/2 pints simple syrup
